Council Mission

The Digital Banking Leadership Council is a membership organization for financial services executives who are transforming their institutions with emerging technologies. Our mission is to prepare our members for the upside of a rapidly evolving financial landscape, expose them to the people and products at the forefront of new financial technologies, and connect them with other industry leaders who share the same basic philosophy—new technologies bring new opportunities that cannot be ignored.

The Council is a joint effort between SourceMedia (publisher of American Banker, National Mortgage News, PaymentsSource, and Credit Union Journal) and Traction Technology Partners, which specializes in connecting enterprises to emerging technologies. We support our members and help guide the digital transformation of their organizations by showcasing people, products, companies and ideas that are fundamentally changing the flow of financial information and capital. Our peer-to-peer network is invaluable for inspiring different thinking, solving problems, and making connections to fellow digital pioneers in finance.

      • Each online session is recorded and available for later viewing by you or your team members.

      • Yes. Each Primary Membership comes with 5 Team Memberships. Team Members can attend all virtual events, receive company profiles, access the Member Directory, participate in the private Slack channel, and take advantage of Council discounts. Council dinners are reserved for Primary Members only.

    7. How much does it cost?

      • $4,000 for an Annual Team Subscription, including 1 Primary Membership and 5 Team Memberships.

Chief Information & Strategic Innovation Officer, EVP, Old National Bank
Todd Clark

Mr. Clark has over 25 years in the financial services industry and currently serves as Old National Bank’s Chief Information & Strategic Innovation Officer. Prior to his current role, Mr. Clark served as Michigan’s Region CEO where he was responsible for all lending and retail service activities in Michigan and Michiana, including its network of 39 bank branches.

He also serves on Old National Bank’s Executive Leadership Group.

Old National Bank acquired United Bank & Trust in 2014. Mr. Clark served as United’s President at the time of acquisition. United Bank & Trust, a subsidiary of United Bancorp, Inc., was an independent, community-based, financial services company headquartered in Ann Arbor, MI with assets of $919 million. Mr. Clark was responsible for all Lending and Retail Services, Wealth Management, Mortgage, Structured Finance, Operations and Technology. He joined United Bank & Trust in 2000. Prior to Old National/United Bank & Trust, Mr. Clark worked at NBD Bank and National City in commercial lending, holding a number of key positions dating back to 1992.

Mr. Clark earned a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan – School of Business Administration in 1992. He is a 2004 graduate of the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Georgetown University.

Mr. Clark is a member of the Washtenaw County Economic Development Coordination Committee. He is a member of the St. Joseph Mercy Chelsea Hospital Board of Trustees (Board Chair 2012-2015). Mr. Clark served on the United Way of Washtenaw County Board of Directors (Board Chair 2014 & 2015). Mr. Clark serves on the Business Development Committee and CEO Roundtable of Ann Arbor SPARK. Mr. Clark also serves on the Grow Michigan LLC Board of Directors and the Habitat for Humanity of Huron Valley Board of Directors.

Mr. Clark and his wife, Colleen, have three daughters, Rachel, Rebecca and Rose and all reside in Ann Arbor, MI.
